Privacy policy

1. Introduction

Dreangine Oy ("we", "our", "us") makes the mobile app Tharis. This policy explains what the app does with data. The short version: we are not interested in your data. We are interested in your furniture.

2. What we collect

We do not collect, store or transmit any personal information.

The app runs entirely on your device. There is no account, no sign-up and no server of ours for it to talk to. Nothing you do in the app leaves your phone, unless you buy something, and then Google Play handles it, not us.

2.1 What the app keeps on your phone

Your scoreboard: how long each room took, when you played, and how you said it felt afterwards. The settings you chose. What you bought, and which free goes you have used. And the words you kept for the whiteboard, if you kept any. That is the whole list, and it is stored on your device only.

2.2 What it never touches

No analytics. No crash reporting. No advertising, advertising IDs or trackers of any kind. No contacts, location, microphone or camera: the app never asks for them, because it never needs them.

2.3 App store data

When you download the app from Google Play, Google may collect information under its own privacy policy. That collection is Google's, not ours, and we have no control over it.

2.4 The purchase

Tharis sells “Unlock everything” as an in-app purchase, through Google Play. The store takes the payment, and we never see your card or bank details.

The app keeps only three things about a purchase: that you own the item, when you bought it, and whether its refund window has closed. It keeps no order number and no payment details.

On Android, buying and restoring go through Google Play Billing. Google's billing library sends Google its own usage logs from the app. Google's privacy policy covers them.

Tharis talks to Google Play only for a reason: to show a price, in the shop or on a locked room's card; to buy or restore; and each time the app starts for 14 days after a purchase, to notice a refund.

3. How your data is used

We collect no personal information, so there is nothing for us to use, share, sell or process. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking libraries in the app.

4. Storage and security

Everything the app remembers is stored on your device, and only there. The app tells Android not to back it up or copy it to another device, so there is no other copy anywhere: one was never made.

If you uninstall the app, everything goes with it, except what you bought: Google Play remembers that, and the shop brings it back. To wipe it without uninstalling, open Settings in the app, then Privacy, and choose Clear all data. What you bought stays.

5. Permissions

The app never shows you a permission prompt. Google Play's billing library brings the permissions it needs to reach Google Play: internet access, network state and billing. The app makes no other network connection.

6. Children's privacy

Because we collect no personal information, we knowingly collect none from anyone, including children under 13.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If we do, the new version is posted on this page and the "last updated" date above changes.
